Scott and Kimberly Capman opened the first Big Cheese Pizza in Columbia, SC, in 2000. Scott has been in the restaurant business for over 29 years. Those years of experience taught him how to make and sell a better pizza at a better price. From that idea, Big Cheese Pizza became a reality.
