Franchise History

Boost brand concept was born in 1998 when Janine Allis accompanied her husband to the USA. There she researched the growing phenomenon of the juice and smoothie market and realised there was a huge gap for a healthy fast food alternative in Australia. Once returning to Australia, she developed the concept and trialled Boost's first store in King William St, Adelaide. Boost Juice Bars have created products for the grocery market. Their philosophy: "love life", their ambition: to be one of the world's most loved brands.
