Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar is unlike your typical pizza shop. Their aim is to change the perception of pizza for all their customers, taking away the guilt factor, bringing the enjoyment back to eating takeaway food, giving their customers options regarding their health, and most of all creating a great tasting product.

In 2001 Costa Anastasiadis & Michael Logos identified a hole in the Australian pizza market, the industry was made up either the big chains, which focused on fast delivery with mediocre products and limited choice, and the independent operators who offered high quality products, but with limited, or no delivery service.
