At Kidcreate, we specialize in children’s art classes, camps and art-themed birthday parties, for kid’s 18 months through 12 years of age. At our studios and off-site On-The-Go classes, children create fridge-worthy art masterpieces while learning about art history, concepts and techniques. Founder, Lara Olson, started Kidcreate Studio after being frustrated by the limited art exposure her children were receiving at school. She wanted to create an art studio designed just for kids that would combine quality art education with a kid-friendly environment. Franchise History

Kidcreate Studio was founded out of a need to provide children with more art education - something that founder and Chief Creative Officer Lara Olson discovered was lacking in the public education sector after she realized that her son Jake was receiving less than one hour of art at school per week. After watching Jake struggle in traditional subjects such as reading and spelling, but excel in art, Olson knew her destiny was to provide an art enrichment program to compliment what Jake was receiving at school - thus Kidcreate Studio was born.
