WE hand craft every one - thinly slicing to order - resulting in the BEST TASTING ROAST BEEF SANDWICH around. Our beef is aged 28 days, free of all preservatives & additives and is very low in fat. It has no added sodium or words you can’t pronounce. Miller’s ® offers guests a HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE to the options that currently exist in the franchise sandwich/burger competition space.

Customers expect to be able to order when they want it, how they want it. Miller’s® has recognized this need and met the challenge by offering many solutions. Customers can order direct from Miller’s ® on our branded online ordering platform, app, scanning a QR code located on our dining tables, or simply calling the stores. They can opt for counter pickup, hands free locker pickups, curbside delivery and some newer locations will also have the option of a pickup lane for cars to drive through and pickup their digital orders. Miller’s also offers partnerships with all the major 3rd party platforms as well as a catering program partnership with EZ Cater.

Franchise History

It all began almost 50 years ago when husband and wife team, “The Miller’s” took a shot at a business opportunity. They opened a sandwich shop with virtually all of their savings to follow their dreams of owning and running a restaurant. Together, the whole family pitched in to help get the business off the ground, working long days & nights, putting everything that they had into their new shop. They were determined to make it succeed.  Their focus has never changed - to provide customers a wholesome meal & outstanding service without sacrificing quality. Over the years, the Miller’s Roast Beef® brand has become a staple in the community, an icon of sorts, becoming a local favorite spanning multiple generations
