Founded in 2004, N2 Publishing is "turning neighborhoods into communities" by partnering with affluent neighborhoods to produce more than 900 private, monthly publications filled with resident-contributed content. Every N2 issue is personal, relevant, and unique to the community it serves.

Franchise History

In 2004, Duane Hixon and Earl Seals dreamed of building a company that offered team members more time with family, more financial freedom, and more of their shared values reflected in a brand. But to build that dream, they needed a product. Drawing on their own experiences in sales, the two friends understood the frustration business owners experienced when advertising in direct mail most recipients never bothered to open. And out of that dream and that frustration, their business idea was born. Later that year, Duane and Earl launched N2 Publishing, creating custom publications homeowners actually wanted to read, and in the process, stayed true to their values and mission. Fifteen years later, N2 produces nearly 1,000 monthly publications for affluent neighborhoods nationwide - each managed by locally-based franchisees - and has celebrated eight consecutive appearances on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing, privately-held companies in America.
