Neds Noodle Bar, founded in 2000 in London, England, is a fast casual Asian food restaurant that creates a unique and funky environment through the combination of food, informal service, American diner style and Asian street food experience. Franchise History

Neds opened in 2000 in London and was founded by James Breslaw, who has been working in the restaurant industry since 1986, and Roberto Marroni, a chef who had worked in some of Italy’s finest hotels as well as locations across Australia. The brand’s first location became wildly popular among London consumers and they have since opened two more locations, including their first franchised unit. They have now partnered with Fransmart to expand the franchising program even further throughout Europe and the Middle East.
