F.C. Dadson Adds Construction Management Division

Greenville, Wis â€" January 4, 2008 â€" F.C. Dadson announces the recent creation of its Construction Management division. Headed by Construction Manager Rick Cline, the new division will assist F.C. Dadson customers through the permitting and construction phases of their build out projects to ensure their locations open as efficiently as possible.

The division will encompass the company’s construction consulting and construction management programs. Features of these programs include:

* Plan review to minimize potential permitting issues
* Permit assistance and expediting
* Development of construction manuals with itemized specifications and responsibilities lists
* Coordination of General Contractor bids
* General Contractor qualification and recommendations
* Direct General Contractor communication and assistance during construction

As with its other services, F.C. Dadson will work with clients to create a customized construction management program based on the clients’ individual needs.
