UFC GYM® and UFC FIT® to Offer SHRED 2024 Program

January 16, 2024 // Franchising.com // Newport Beach, Calif. - UFC GYM® and UFC FIT®, will encourage members and non-members alike to commit to healthy habits with its SHRED 2024 campaign. The four-week weight loss program will consist of specially designed SHRED classes created to maximize calorie burn and the chance to win $500 in personal training, running Saturday, Jan. 13 through Saturday, Feb. 10.

Developed by the fitness experts at UFC GYM® and UFC FIT®, the SHRED program will be offered to members and non-members alike with the ultimate goal of losing the largest percentage of body fat. After the program, one female and one male participant from each UFC GYM® and UFC FIT® location will be awarded $500 in personal training. Guests can participate by purchasing the SHRED package for $499, which includes a one-month Challenger Membership, four weekly one-on-one training sessions, access to the weekly Saturday SHRED class for the duration of the competition, customized nutrition plan options, a MyZone heart rate tracker, DotFit AllN1 SuperBlend Supplement powder (a $99 value), a SHRED competitor T-shirt and a one-week VIP Recovery Pass to be used Saturday, Jan. 13 through Saturday, Jan. 20.
