Franchise History

Superclean Contractors Pty Limited evolved from their 1992 company Vertigo Cleaning, a high rise window cleaning cleaning subcontracting to Margetts Windows. Supercleans focus was on window cleaning and external building maintenance. However, as their service orientation developed, so their services base broadened to include internal commercial cleaning. In 2003 Progress Cleaning & Maintenance Pty Limited joined the Superclean Group of companies bringing with them over one hundred clients across the hospitality, commercial and strata property markets. PCM not only provides cleaning services but also provides co-ordinated programs for cleaning, maintenance and security services. In 2003 PCM merged with Superclean Contractors and became Superclean Cleaners Pty Limited. 2007 Superclean became redclean and began franchise operations
