Franchise History

Mark Williams founded the company in 1982 while attending MTSU (Middle Tennessee State University) in Tennessee. Their original company was named, Services Unlimited. They promoted and advertised window washing and various odd jobs. What initially began as a summer job, continued to grow each day. As part of one of Mark's courses in college, he developed a more extensive line of services through a detailed business plan. Soon after graduating, Mark launched a multi-service concept and expanded operations into a successful business venture.
