The Submarine House, built in Dayton in 1973, was the first to introduce the East Coast Cheesesteak to Ohio. Today, they serve everyone’s favorite sandwich in a Bar & Grill environment, setting them apart from the crowd of pizza and wing places. While they offer a variety of options, we’re known for their 16” subs, with “The Works”, surpassing those 12” subs. The franchise generates more revenue from additional sources, including their full bar service with a wide array of mixed drinks, beers and wines.
